Yes! You'll need a passport to travel to Mexico, so dust it off and make sure it's not within 6 months of expiring when you arrive. This is your friendly reminder to double-check it now—because we’d hate for you to miss the party of the year over a little paperwork!

We’ve got you covered! Private transportation will be arranged to whisk you from the airport to the hotel and back again. On the big day, we’ll also provide a ride from the hotel to the wedding venue and back, so all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey.

While we love your little ones, the wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. But don’t worry—our venue is in a fabulous resort, perfect for a family getaway! Feel free to turn this into a vacation and bring the kiddos along for some fun. They’re more than welcome to join the welcome drinks and pool party—just not the wedding itself. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Not at all! We want you to enjoy your time in Mexico however you like. The events are our way of soaking up as much time as possible with our favorite people, but there’s no pressure to attend everything. The vibe is all about good times, no obligations. That said… we definitely want to see your lovely face at the wedding!

Absolutely! Playa del Carmen and the surrounding areas have so much to offer—beaches, cenotes, ruins, and more. The resort even has a dedicated tourist guide who can help you plan your adventures. Whether you're feeling adventurous or just want to explore, the world outside the resort is yours to discover!

No, you are welcome to stay at any accommodation you prefer. Please note, however, that the Welcome Party and Pool Party will take place at the Barcelo Maya Palace, and non-guests of the hotel will incur a fee to attend these events. Additionally, we will only be providing transportation between Barcelo Maya Palace and Blue Venado for the wedding on 6th February.
