What don’t we do? We will handle everything travel related from start to finish. If going above and beyond was a person, it would be each one of us.

  • Provide multiple methods of communication for your guests’ ease: email, phone, and text.

  • Assist your guests with their bookings, answer their questions, and handle all their reservation changes.

  • Assist you and your guests with any excursions.

  • Arrange private for-your-group-only airport transfers.

  • Automatically send reminder emails 2 weeks before payment due dates.

  • Take care of payments on our end so your guests don’t have to do a thing.

  • Provide detailed but concise travel documents with everything your guests need for their travels.

Our Process and Services

HOW DO WE DO IT ALL?

We have a decade of experience, fine-tuning the process, and a dedicated team that loves what they do.

Our team includes a Groups Coordinator, Customer Experience Expert, Lead Transportation and Excursion Coordinator, Reservations Coordinator, and a Quality Assurance Team.

We’re always striving to be better, too. Which is why our custom designed-for-us system that helps us be efficient was created and why we continue to add features to make the experience better for you and your guests.

Plus, with thousands of destination weddings over the last decade, we’ve developed strong connections with the wedding and groups departments at just about every resort.

Tell Me More

Your guests can easily book their reservations online. (Don’t worry, we will assist your guests who aren’t as tech-savvy, too). During the booking process, they will see the total price of their reservation, so they know right away how much they’ll be spending without having to calculate it themselves.

Your guests will receive an email that their booking was received so they’re never left wondering if their booking went through. Then, they will receive a detailed invoice with their booking information once the reservation is confirmed. You will get a copy, too, so you can keep track of who is booking.

Your guests can access their invoice online at any time, make payments, update their card on file, sign up for auto pay, and upload their flight itineraries with ease.

What About Room Blocks?

Don’t stress the room block. Easier said than done, we know. With our years of expertise, we can help you create a room block custom for your group.

Your room block deposit (normally $100/room) is your money, gets applied to your reservation, and you never lose it even if you don’t fill your block. And don’t worry, of course we will automatically release any unused inventory for you to avoid any penalties. (We’ll let you know before we do, just in case).
