We are so excited to spend an extended weekend with you celebrating our love in Mexico!
Our Love Story
Our Love Story
Our love story began five years ago in the midst of the challenges of COVID-19, when we met at NestlΓ© in Burlington. Both of us were pursuing medical careers at the time, but little did we know, fate had a different path in store for us. Over time, we discovered a shared drive and passion for service, which led us to careers as police officersβa decision that brought us even closer together.
From the start, weβve been each otherβs rock and safe haven. No matter how chaotic the world can get, we always find comfort in one another, supporting each other through lifeβs storms. Through every challenge, big or small, we know weβre stronger together.
Alongside our shared journey, we have our beloved dachshund puppy, Oscar, whoβs brought endless joy, laughter, and some adorable chaos into our lives. Oscar has become a little reminder of the fun and love that surrounds us daily.
In June 2024, we took the next step in our adventure by moving into our first home together, marking a new chapter in our story filled with new dreams, hopes, and plenty of memories to make.
As we stand on the brink of this beautiful new chapterβour wedding dayβweβre reminded that itβs not just about the destination but the love and laughter weβve shared along the way. Hereβs to a lifetime of more adventures, challenges, growth, and of course, love.

Travel Tips
Book Excursions in Advance. Popular attractions like Xcaret, cenotes, and Mayan ruins can fill up quickly. Booking tours and activities in advance ensures you get tours you want.
Stay Hydrated. Drink plenty of bottled water. Stick to bottled water, as tap water is not recommended for drinking.
Pack High-SPF Sunblock. And apply it regularly, especially after swimming or sweating, to protect your skin from sunburn. Bring a hat and sunglasses for extra protection.
Bring Cash for Tips. Tipping is customary in Riviera Maya, and having cash on hand is convenient for tipping hotel staff, tour guides, airport transfer drivers, and restaurant servers.
Prepare Digital Back-Ups. Check your passport expiration date, take a photo of it and download the travel documents you will receive to your phone to access even without cell service or WiFi.
Call Your Cell Company. Inform them of your trip in advance and ask about international plans to avoid unexpected roaming charges and ensure your phone will work abroad.
Use Your In-Room Safe. Your passport, electronics, prescription medications, cash, and all valuables should remain locked in your in-room safe.
