The applicable credit amount will be refunded to the group leader no earlier than 30 days prior to travel and can take up to 45 days after travel.

Group leader must purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance through Barefoot Bridal to qualify. Group leader must purchase flights through Barefoot Bridal to qualify (certain restrictions on airlines apply).

Certain hotel black-out dates may apply. If the amount of the credit received exceeds the total amount of the group leader’s room portion of their reservation, no cash refund will be given. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be used towards future trips. Only guest rooms booked within the group contract will apply.
