To be considered part of Estefania& Jimmy's Wedding Group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Majestic Mirage as part of the wedding group.
A refundable deposit in the amount of $100/room is required to reserve your room and book your stay.
Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to February 15, 2020 to be refundable.
The deadline for the balance to be paid is April 5, 2020.
You do not need to know all the parties in the room, the travel dates, or the room category; book your room based on what you think you will need and any changes can be made until the balance due date.
Any changes made to your booking after February 15, 2020, will be subject to a $75 change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. Name changes are deemed cancellations of the original booking and new bookings per the hotel; therefore, bookings are nontransferable after the due date of February 15, 2020, and will be charged accordingly. All late payments will be assessed a $25 penalty per every 5 business days the payment is late.

+ Can I Set Up a Payment Plan?
Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways:
- You can make a deposit and then let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date.
- You can make a deposit and ask us to calculate an even amount to charge every month with the last charge to be made on the balance due date.
- You can make a deposit and click the "Make a Payment" button whenever you want to make an additional payment in any amount and if there's any balance left, it will be charged on the balance due date.
+ What is the Cancellation Policy?
Any deposit or payments made towards bookings as part of wedding groups are fully refundable if requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days in advance of February 15, 2020. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
+ Is Travel Insurance Available?
Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended. Rates are per person, depending on the cost of the land-only portion of your trip. $59.00/person for trips up to $999/person, $94.00/person up to $1,499, and $129.00/person up to $3,999.. and so on. Travel Insurance can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance, you must add it within 14 days of booking. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues. Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is nonrefundable.

+ Will I Need a Passport?
Yes! A passport book is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and the D.R. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. + Can You Help Me with Round-Trip Airport Transportation?
We have secured a discounted rate for round trip direct airport transfers from PUJ at $40 per person in addition to the hotel rates. These transfers are private for this group alone, so you will only be traveling with other people in this group arriving at the same time.
+ What is the Weather Like?
The weather in the D.R. is hot and humid with averages in the 80s year around. Humidity is lowest during Dec-Feb and increases the closer you get to August. Hurricane season starts in June and continues through November. There is a gentle breeze that comes off the ocean on most days, so make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen because the breeze makes it easy to forget just how hot and strong the sun really is!
+ Do I need an Adapter for my Electronics?
You do not need an adapter for your electronics; the outlets in the D.R. will accept U.S. plugs.
+ What if I want to Book Excursions?

+ Can You Help Me Book Air Travel?
