CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ALL MONIES PAID FOR TRAVEL ARE NON REFUNDABLE. RECONFIRM DOMESTIC FLIGHTS AND SEAT SELECTIONS 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, INTERNATIONAL 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE. HOTEL AND CAR RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE RECONFIRMED. CHECK IN FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS 1 ½ HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS 3 HOURS IN ADVANCE ANY AIRLINE OPERATING UNDER BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION IS NOT COVERED BY THE TRAVEL INSURANCE BANKRUPTCY CLAUSE. SHOULD THAT AIRLINECEASE FLYING, COVERAGE IS NOT IN FORCE. LIKEWISE ANY SUPPLIER IN BANKRUPTCY IS NOT COVERED UNDER TRAVEL INSURANCE. IT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHO IS IN BANKRUPTCY. IT IS THE PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS FOR IDENTIFICATION. IT IS THE PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ ONLINE OR IN THE BROCHURE FROM CRUISE LINES OR TOUR COMPANIES AND BE AWARE OF ANY CANCELLATION PENALTIES. IT IS THE PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE INFORMED OF ANY STATE DEPARTMENT WARNINGS WHERE THEY ARE TRAVELING. THEY ALSO NEED TO BE AWARE OF ANY HEALTH RISKS AND TAKE THE APPROPRIATE PRECAUTIONS. Airlines Barefoot Bridal CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. It is HIGHLY recommended the passenger go at least a day or more prior to the trip and plan to stay a day or two after in case airline schedules change. If the passenger books their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date. There are NO refunds from airlines to compensate for itinerary changes. Refunds Refunds, IF DUE from airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made to our customers only after the monies have been received from thesesources by us. Disclosure Notice Barefoot Bridal (hereinafter "Travel Agent" ) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookingsfor services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans and Disabilities Act, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personaleffects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or laborunrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any otheractions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and securityconditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risksinvolved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consentto the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. BAREFOOT BRIDAL CANCELLATION POLICY Any deposit or payments made towards bookings as part of wedding groups are fully refundable if requested in writing at least 7 days in advance of the cancellation due date indicated on each wedding group's webpage (usually one of the payment due dates). If a cancellation request is not made in time, it will be subject to the FIT cancellation policy, which is as follows: Any booking cancelled by the client before the trip begins will incur a $250 per person non-refundable cancellation fee in addition to any fees charged by the supplier. This penalty must be sent to the agency by check BEFORE any refund is issued by the agency or supplier. PRICE CHANGES BY THE TRAVEL SUPPLIER Once payment has been applied to a booking and up until the time of departure, Barefoot Bridal and its agents are neither responsible for nor obliged tohonor any discounts, specials or promotions offered by suppliers of travel products. We are not responsible for checking to see if any prices have beenreduced. I understand that the airline tickets or air tours I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date ofpurchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may becharged additional sums by Barefoot Bridal to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combinationthereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Barefoot Bridal to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.
